Alexandra Slaughter

Alexandra Slaughter serves as a Quality Engineer at Abbott since June 2022, leveraging a solid background in engineering and leadership. In addition to current responsibilities, Alexandra holds the title of Program Chair for the National Society of Black Engineers, overseeing the planning and execution of numerous events and membership recruitment initiatives. Previous experience includes acting as a Resident Assistant at The University of Texas at San Antonio, where guidance and mentorship were provided to students, alongside a summer internship at Pfizer that focused on process efficiency and report generation. Early career roles include serving as a Summer Conference Assistant and as an Assistant Buyer Manager at Kid to Kid, demonstrating a strong foundation in customer service and operational management. Alexandra holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Cyber Security from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
