Bassem Hanna is an accomplished professional in customer experience and operations management with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Global Head of Customer Experience at Abbott since June 2023, Bassem previously led customer experience initiatives at Orora Packaging Solutions. Notable positions at Johnson & Johnson include Associate Director of Patient Hub Operations, managing extensive supplier resources and operations, as well as Global Senior Manager of Technology Innovation, where Bassem spearheaded technology integration across over 200 call centers. Additional experience includes managing customer care operations at PPL Electric Utilities and leading workforce management at Bill Me Later, Inc. Bassem holds a Master’s in Information Management Systems from Keller Graduate School of Management, a Bachelor’s in Information Systems from DeVry University, and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from The Ohio State University.
