Kalie McKnight is a Manufacturing Process Engineer and Food Scientist II at Abbott since February 2022, focusing on product development, enhancement, and formulation of various food products, as well as creating bills of materials and nutrient fortification breakdowns. Prior experience includes a contractor role at ProKatchers LLC and multiple student engineering positions at The Ohio State University, including a project on methane dry reforming in collaboration with Nexceris and research on porous carbons and dye adsorption. Kalie has also conducted HAZOP reviews, designed experiments to statistically analyze height effects of shoes, modeled toxic substance diffusion, and developed an Advanced Energy Vehicle using Solidworks. Kalie earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University in 2021.
