Pankaj Nath is an experienced professional in the field of service management within the medical diagnostics industry. As the Associate Director of Services at Abbott Diagnostics Business since May 2016, Pankaj leads a team of 70 service professionals, focusing on after-sales service operations across India and South Asia while implementing innovative customer service programs. Previously, Pankaj served as the National Service Manager at Abbott Diagnostics Division and held the role of Business Head Service for Lumenis, managing customer service operations in India and South Asia. Earlier experience includes serving as National Service Manager for Shenzhen Mindray Bio-Medical Electronics Co. Ltd, where Pankaj helped establish service procedures in India. Pankaj holds an Executive MBA in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a B-Tech in Electronics & Communication from the National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra.
