Shiten Kadakia

Shiten Kadakia is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Regional Infrastructure Head at Abbott since August 2010, Shiten leads IT IS OPS and infrastructure for India, Sri Lanka, and Nepal, overseeing a range of services including networking, database management, and application hosting. Previous roles include Head of IT Infrastructure and Senior Manager of IT Infrastructure at Abbott, where Shiten was responsible for managing comprehensive IT services and leading teams to develop innovative solutions in high-pressure environments. Earlier career experience at Piramal Enterprises, 3i Infotech, CDSL, and other firms further enriched Shiten's expertise in database management, system administration, and technical support. A graduate of the University of Mumbai with an Executive MBA in Information Technology, Shiten also completed a Leadership Development Program at the Indian School of Business.
