Uma Ranade

Uma Ranade is an experienced professional in talent and organization consulting, currently serving as the Head of Talent & Organization Consulting at Abbott since October 2022. Previously, Uma worked at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals as part of the Talent and Learning Centre of Excellence, and at RBL Bank as the Lead for Talent, Leadership, and Succession.
