Nelson Cristaldo

Nelson Cristaldo is a seasoned professional in the energy sector with extensive experience in both technical advisory and executive roles. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Advisor to the CEO at ESUR S.A., a private energy trader, and as the Chief Executive Officer at EGALT, which focuses on smart meters and advanced metering infrastructure within the energy trading and crypto mining industries. Nelson has been a Technical Consultant for CLYFSA Compañía de Luz y Fuerza S.A. since 2018, overseeing the implementation of an AMI system. Additionally, Nelson contributes as a Freelance Columnist for ABC Color, addressing topics related to the energy market. Prior experience includes advisory roles at Itaipu Binacional and planning engineering at PJM Interconnection in the United States.
