Colleen McCasland

Colleen McCasland is an experienced IT professional with a background in desktop support and technical assistance, currently serving as Desktop Support Supervisor at ABC Medical, Inc. since October 2016, following a role as Desktop Support Technician. Previously, Colleen worked as a Computer Technician at Home Based Technical Assistance and Consulting, where responsibilities included equipment maintenance, hardware and software installation, and technical support. Colleen's earlier experience includes positions at Martin Memorial Health Systems as an IT Systems Specialist and Help Desk Specialist, where management of computer hardware/software and support for over 3000 affiliates were key duties.
