Sabina Adhikari

Sabina Adhikari is a Research Associate currently employed at Abcam since February 2023, specializing in Protein Expression and Purification. Previously, Sabina worked at Abcam from May 2022 to November 2022, where responsibilities included designing, maintaining, and validating overexpressing (HEK293-OE) and mammalian cell lines, as well as preparing plasmid DNAs for rabbit immunization purposes. Prior to this, Sabina served as a Teaching Assistant at the University of New Haven from January 2022 to May 2022, focusing on the maintenance and passage of mammalian cell cultures. Sabina is pursuing a Master's degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology at the University of New Haven, having previously obtained a Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Sciences from Pokhara University. Education also includes a High School Diploma in Science from Sagarmatha Higher Secondary School.
