Management Team

The Management Team at Aberdeen Family YMCA oversees the organization's operations, ensuring alignment with its mission to foster a healthy spirit, mind, and body for all. The team includes the Human Resources Manager, who manages staff and organizational development; the Facilities Manager, who ensures the maintenance and safety of YMCA properties; and the Finance Manager, who handles budgeting, financial planning, and reporting.
