Richard Hope

Richard Hope has extensive experience in technical and leadership roles, currently serving as Chair of the ABET Industry Council since November 2021 and as Chief Technical Officer and Global Technical Practice Network Leader at AECOM since January 2009. Previously, Richard held the position of Vice President and Director of AWWA from June 2019 to June 2021 and served as Chair of the AWWA Engineering and Construction Division and Trustee of the AWWA Technical and Education Council from June 2011 to November 2014. Richard's academic background includes studies at Teesside University from 1974 to 1978.
