Lauren Green

Lauren Green currently serves as the Director of Care & Support at Ability Housing Association since April 2024 and holds the position of Trustee at Causeway Irish Housing Association since November 2019. Previously, Lauren was the Director of Services and Support at Social Interest Group, overseeing strategic and operational matters for services addressing multiple disadvantages across various regions. With extensive experience at Centrepoint, Lauren functioned as Head of Support & Housing in London and as a Regional Manager for Young People, managing numerous services and safeguarding initiatives. Earlier roles include Service Manager at Hestia Charity, managing mental health-specific supported housing, and various positions at Single Homeless Project and Thames Valley Probation Service. Lauren's education includes advanced training in housing and social leadership, with a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Portsmouth.
