Troy Ignelzi is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Contineum Therapeutics and Abivax, as well as Chief Financial Officer at Rapport Therapeutics, Troy has held multiple advisory and leadership roles, including Advisory Board Member at Patients Capital Management LLC and Advisor at Sofinnova Investments. With a strong foundation in finance, Troy was previously Chief Financial Officer at Karuna Therapeutics and scPharmaceuticals. Troy is also the Founding Principal of TI Technology Consultants, a consulting firm specializing in public and private financing and business development.
