Tom Hill

Tom Hill is CEO and Board Member at Marketlab, a rapidly growing, privately held healthcare manufacturer and distributor serving Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), Clinical Reference Laboratories, and Home Health Providers.

He recently concluded 23 years at Direct Supply, the USA’s largest provider of equipment, professional services, and technology platforms to Senior Living facilities. During his tenure as President, Manufacturing, Tom rapidly grew Direct Supply’s private label brand portfolio, DS smart connected clinical platform business, and home health initiative.

Tom lived and worked in China for nearly a decade, where he developed innovative supply chains and led sales efforts to the emerging Asia/Pacific Senior Living industry. Previously, he held several senior technology roles, including Director of Product Development and Engineering at DSSI, an eProcurement platform supporting over $5 billion in annual transactions between Senior Living operators and their supplier base.
