Nikhilesh B Desai

Nikhilesh B Desai possesses extensive experience in risk management and strategic change across various prestigious banking institutions. Currently serving as Senior Product Owner for Model Governance and Model Monitoring at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., Nikhilesh has successfully rolled out a critical model governance application for the risk management community. Previous roles include Product Owner of Enterprise Risk and Business Advisor for COO Risk at RBS Markets and International Banking, where Nikhilesh oversaw transformational change programs and supported key initiatives. Earlier positions involved leadership in risk and control operations, change management, and application development across multiple organizations, including ING and Finansbank. Nikhilesh holds a BSc Honours degree in Mathematics and Statistics from London South Bank University.
