Oliver Carlos G. Odulio

Oliver Carlos G. Odulio currently serves as Chief Risk Officer at Aboitiz InfraCapital since September 2024. Prior to this role, Oliver held several key positions at PLDT from July 2000 to August 2024, including Vice President and Head of Enterprise Business Continuity & Resilience, as well as Vice President for Asset Protection and Risk Management. Oliver's experience also includes leadership roles at Smart Communications, Inc. and DTPI (Digitel) and DMPI (Sun Cellular) in similar areas. Earlier in their career, Oliver practiced law at Escueta Tan Acut and Madrid Law Office from November 1997 to June 2000. Oliver holds a Juris Doctor from Ateneo de Manila University and a Bachelor of Science in Management from the same institution, in addition to completing an Executive Course in National Security at the National Defense College of the Philippines.
