Reynaldo Marquez Jr., CEM, FMVA, is an accomplished Transformation Manager at Aboitiz Group, responsible for guiding strategic planning and operational risk management for top executives, as well as leading value-exploration projects and coaching agile teams. As the founder of Hiraya, an initiative focused on synthetic biology applications for sustainability, Reynaldo has engaged with global executives in energy and climate tech. Previously, Reynaldo served as Engineering Manager at Pilmico, where contributions included establishing an engineering team and managing several capital investment projects. Reynaldo also held key roles in research and development at Aseagas Corporation, demonstrating expertise in technical engineering functions and project design. Reynaldo holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of the Philippines Diliman, a short course in Feed Manufacturing from Kansas State University, and a Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst certification from the Corporate Finance Institute.
