We are focused on providing our private broadband communications service to large enterprise customers who have the need for transporting their mission critical data between locations.  We provide services over our metro networks, long haul network and IP network.  We offer a range of services, including OC-level SONET and wavelength products based on WDM technology, a range of advanced Ethernet offerings, IP connectivity and IP-based services and dark fiber services.

The Engineering and Technical Services team at AboveNet is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-bandwidth fiber-optic connectivity solutions. This multidisciplinary team includes roles such as software development, fiber engineering, IP operations, GIS analysis, and network planning, ensuring the seamless delivery and functional excellence of Advanced Ethernet, SONET, WDM, and IP-based services for communication carriers, enterprises, and government customers. They oversee both metro and long-haul network infrastructures, manage dark fiber services, and provide field support to ensure robust and reliable data transport for mission-critical applications.
