Aart Ruppert

Aart Ruppert has extensive experience in the fields of economics and public service. Currently serving as a Pensionado at Pensioenfonds ABP since November 2018 and as a Gemeenteraadslid and Wethouder at Gemeente Hoorn since April 2010, Aart oversees areas including economic affairs, tourism, social issues, and sports. Prior to these roles, Aart was a Lecturer at ROC Horizon College from November 2014 to November 2018 and held various positions, including Hoofd stagebureau sector Economie and member of the management team from 1997 to 2010. Aart's earlier career includes serving as Unit Manager in the Economics department at Westfriesland College from 1990 to 1997. Aart's educational background includes studies in Economics at VU Amsterdam and Katholieke Hogeschool Tilburg, along with a HBS A degree from Rijnlands Lyceum in Oegstgeest.
