Joseph Leone

Joseph Leone has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as the Director of Property Management and Senior Property Manager at ABS Partners Real Estate since March 2018, overseeing commercial and retail properties in Midtown Manhattan. Prior roles include Senior Property Manager at Colliers International and General Manager at CommonWealth Partners, where responsibilities included the management of significant properties such as 787 7th Avenue. Joseph also held the position of General Manager at CBRE and Property Manager at Boston Properties, specifically managing the General Motors Building. Earlier in the career, Joseph was the Senior Property Manager at JPMorgan Chase, responsible for 13 million square feet of Class A commercial office space.
