Elli Lembessis, CEng, is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience at the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), currently leading Strategic Development at ABSG Consulting. With a focus on guiding C-suite decision-making, Elli develops strategic roadmaps, compelling business cases, and market intelligence. Elli joined the 'Advanced Solutions' team at ABS during its inception, contributing to its exponential growth within the Marine & Offshore Services Division. Previous roles include Business Analysis Lead for ABS Environment & Advisory Services, where innovation strategy and new product development were key focuses, and a senior position in establishing a Project Management Office for Global R&D, overseeing diverse projects across multiple teams.
