Kevlin Govender

Kevlin Govender has a solid background in cybersecurity and engineering, currently serving as the Head of Detect at Absa Group since February 2018, after progressing through roles such as Lead Engineer and Cyber Security Engineer. Prior to this, Kevlin worked as an Analyst at Barclays Africa Group Limited from February 2017 to July 2018. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons.) degree in Mechanical Engineering obtained from the University of KwaZulu-Natal between 2011 and 2014.
