Previous roles include Group Executive for Corporate Shared Services and Program Director for Transformation at Saeed & Mohammed Al Naboodah Group, as well as Program Director at Kansai Plascon. Melt also held the position of General Manager/Senior Executive at Accenture and served as General Manager of Mega Projects at Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd.
