Ursula Paleczek

Ursula Paleczek is an accomplished instructional designer and e-learning specialist with extensive experience across various organizations since 2002. Currently serving as an Instructional Designer at Absolute Security and engaged in learning experience design at Tricouni Performance and Learning Inc., Ursula has previously held significant roles, including Senior Instructional Designer at Lotlinx, where a certification program and a comprehensive curriculum were successfully launched. Prior experience includes contributions to CanWel, Vision Critical, Community Living BC, and teaching positions at Elite Educational Institute, Indiana University, and The University of British Columbia. Ursula holds a Master of Arts in Comparative Literature and a Bachelor of Arts in English from The University of British Columbia, complemented by a Diploma in Computer Science and Information Systems from Langara College.
