Piper Treadwell is a Solutions Engineer at Absorb Software since July 2022, specializing in creating and customizing trial portals, building use cases, and troubleshooting LMS issues for prospective clients. Prior experience includes serving as a Product Configuration Specialist at servicePath, where Piper translated customer requirements for engineering, tested updates, and provided customer support. An Enterprise Co-op Student at the Conrad School of Entrepreneurship and Business, Piper developed entrepreneurial skills and contributed to solutions for talent assessment, winning multiple competitions. Earlier roles include a Customer Experience Intern at McAfee, Head Instructor of the Optimist Program at The Boulevard Club, Sales Associate at Fogh Marine, and Sailing Instructor at Harbourfront Centre. Piper holds a Bachelor’s degree in Knowledge Integration with a minor in Philosophy from the University of Waterloo.
