Osamah Awartani

Osamah Awartani is a finance professional with extensive experience in the financial sector, currently serving as a Finance Advisor at Abu Dhabi Customs since January 2024. Prior to this role, Osamah held the position of Financial Controller at the Department of Government Enablement from November 2019 to February 2024. Osamah's career also includes significant roles at Abu Dhabi National Insurance Company (ADNIC), where responsibilities included accounting supervision and senior accounting tasks focused on GL and cash management. Earlier positions encompassed an accountant role at Abu Dhabi Education Council (ADEC) and a combined accounting and procurement position at Emirates Tents L.L.C. Osamah holds a Certified Financial Consultant (CFC) designation from the Chartered Center of Finance & Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from The Hashemite University.
