Tala Kasih

Tala Kasih is an experienced professional specializing in customer success and project management with a strong background in the technology and startup sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Abwaab since January 2024, Tala previously held various leadership roles at uConnect from July 2019 to July 2023, where responsibilities included providing client support, tracking success metrics, and developing educational resources. Additional prior experience includes roles as a Summer Analyst at LearnLaunch, a Project Management Analyst at BORDA-WesCA, and a Product Team Analyst at 1776, each contributing to expertise in market analysis, project support, and product documentation. Tala holds a Bachelor's degree in Econometrics & Quantitative Economics and Environmental Studies from Bates College, and completed a study abroad program at Trinity College Rome.
