Luke Wilcox

Luke Wilcox is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in ESG data and analytics, currently serving as Partner and Head of Ethos ESG at ACA Group since September 2022. Prior to this role, Luke founded and led Ethos ESG as CEO from May 2019 to September 2022. Experience includes working as an Engagement Manager, Associate, and Summer Associate at McKinsey & Company from May 2014 to April 2019, and co-founding Tenicity from August 2014 to September 2015. Luke also held leadership positions at the Iraqi and American Reconciliation Project and The Advocates for Human Rights. Educational credentials include an MBA in Consulting from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management, a Master of Arts in International Relations and Religion from Boston University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities and Psychology from Valparaiso University.
