Chelsey Shepherd

Chelsey Shepherd serves as the US Director of Talent at Acacium Group since April 2023. Previously, Chelsey held the position of Head of US Talent Acquisition at Favorite Healthcare Staffing from May 2022 to July 2023, and also worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner there. Prior experience includes serving as an Executive Recruiter at LHH from September 2021 to May 2022 and as a Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Coordinator at Jet Midwest from April 2019 to September 2021. Chelsey's career began at Emporia State University, where roles included Admissions Counselor from June 2015 to April 2019. Chelsey also taught at Emporia Public School USD 253 from August 2014 to June 2015. Chelsey holds a Master's degree in Business Education-Training and Development and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Teaching, both from Emporia State University.
