Matthew Gregory has extensive experience in journey optimisation and customer experience management. Currently serving as Senior Head of Improvement and Experience at Acacium Group since March 2019, Matthew has held various leadership roles, including Head of Journey Optimisation and Senior Journey Optimisation Manager. Prior to this, Matthew worked at Capita from November 2010 to March 2019, where roles included O2 Customer Journey Manager, O2 Business Readiness Change Lead, and O2 Team Leader, among others.
