Daniel Bacchieri

Daniel Bacchieri, PhD, is the Founder and Curator of StreetMusicMap, a collaborative platform showcasing street music performers worldwide since 2014, with a substantial presence on Instagram featuring over 1,800 artists across 100 countries. Bacchieri serves as an Associate Member of the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences, which oversees grants for notable web awards, and is a member of the Academy of Interactive & Visual Arts. Additional roles include freelance translation for Global Citizen and experience as a Research Assistant and Teaching Associate at Monash University. Bacchieri has also worked as a Treatment Writer for ICONOCLAST Brazil and as a Freelance Researcher for Box 1824. Bacchieri holds a PhD in Media, Film and Journalism from Monash University and an Advanced Certificate in Entrepreneurial Journalism from the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at CUNY, along with a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul.
