Niti Shah

Niti Shah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, and university recruiting. Currently serving as Senior Director at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, Niti leads the Academy Gold Talent Development program and oversees recruitment strategies. Previous roles include Director of Community Engagement at the University of Tampa and various positions at Model N, where Niti developed campus recruiting strategies and enhanced hiring processes. With a background in corporate relations from NYU Stern School of Business and USC Marshall School of Business, Niti has significantly improved placement statistics and fostered partnerships with leading consulting firms. Niti's earlier experience includes marketing roles at 20th Century Fox and Warner Bros., as well as consulting at Deloitte and PwC. Niti holds an MBA in Business of Entertainment from USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor in Business Administration with a focus on International Marketing from the University of Miami.
