Anar Suleymanov

Anar Suleymanov is an experienced professional in customs administration and public finance, currently serving as the Deputy Chief at the Academy of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan since December 2024. Prior roles include Technical Attache at the World Customs Organization and Customs Attache at the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Kingdom of Belgium. Anar Suleymanov has a prominent background at the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan, where responsibilities included heading various departments focused on performance measurement, development programs, and customs risks management. With a strong academic foundation that includes a Master's in Public Finance from the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies and dual Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Customs Administration from Baku State University, Anar Suleymanov combines extensive expertise with a commitment to customs modernization.
