Sofie Servaas

Sofie Servaas is an experienced professional in youth care and mental health, currently serving as a Regioadviseur Zorginhoud en Innovatie at Accare since January 2023, focusing on advising treatment teams on content development and quality improvement while leading regional innovation projects. Previously, Sofie worked as a Consultant for youth services at the Municipality Nieuwegein, where responsibility included the organization of youth support and aligning services with preventive activities. With a background as a psychiatric social worker at Karakter kinder- en jeugdpsychiatrie, Sofie has worked closely with adolescents in crisis, promoting stabilization and treatment readiness. Educational qualifications include a (pre-)master from Utrecht University, postgraduate training in Intensive Home Treatment, and a bachelor's degree in Pedagogics from HAN University of Applied Sciences.
