Heather Thomas

Heather Thomas is a legal professional with extensive experience in regulatory law. Currently serving as Principal Lawyer at the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) since December 2023, Heather previously held the role of Director at the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner from December 2022 to December 2023. Prior to this, Heather worked as a Principal Lawyer at ACCC from January 2006 to December 2022. Heather holds a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from The Australian National University and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Canberra.
