Mia MacDonald

Mia Macdonald is currently a Research Consultant at Acceler8 Talent, a position held since October 2024. Prior to this role, Mia served as the Outreach Chair for the Boston College Chapter of CCO Campus Ministry from August 2022 to April 2024, managing communications and planning engagement activities. Additionally, Mia co-chaired the Community Engagement Council within the Boston College Residence Hall Association from September 2021 to April 2024, where responsibilities included facilitating meetings and budgeting for community service events. Mia also gained experience as a Talent Acquisition Intern at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, where recruitment and digital marketing were key duties. Prior work experiences include roles at Boston College, Starbucks, St. Peter's Health Partners, Normanside Country Club, and Atria Senior Living. Mia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology and Human Development from Boston College, with further study at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid in 2023.
