Andy Ng

Andy Ng is a seasoned professional in business operations and data analytics, currently serving as the Director of Business Operations and Head of Data & Analytics Strategy at Accelerant since December 2024. Previously, Andy held the position of Head of Strategy & Execution at Blitz Insurance and worked as a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group, where extensive experience was gained in conducting due diligences and developing market entry strategies for large insurance clients. With a strong background in actuarial science, Andy worked as a Senior Pricing Actuary at AXIS Capital, overseeing North America Pricing for E&S Property and receiving the 2018 Axis Capital Staff Recognition Award. Andy's career also includes roles as an Actuarial Analyst at Willis Towers Watson and W. R. Berkley Corporation, along with early internships that contributed to process optimizations and analytical efficiencies. Andy Ng holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Actuarial Science and Quantitative Economics from Drake University.
