Steffan Fay is a seasoned software developer and architect with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies since 2004. Currently serving as a Contract Developer at Baldwin Supply Co. and Consultant at La Crosse Technology, Steffan also maintains a part-time position as Architect and Development Lead at Stealth Mode Startup Company, focusing on mobile app development in the recreational golf sector. Steffan has a strong background in migrating and modernizing systems, demonstrated through work with Emprimus as both a Contract Lead Developer and Architect. From 2011 to 2018, Steffan held the position of Contract Team Lead Developer at Landis+Gyr, leading projects in smart energy meter technology.
