Michael Frederickson

Michael Frederickson serves as the President of the SIE Division at Accelint since January 2024, following a tenure as CEO at Systems Innovation Engineering from May 2017 to January 2024, where efforts focused on enhancing DoD supplier resiliency through strategic alignment of R&D and logistics. Prior to this, Michael held the position of Director at ACI Technologies, Inc. from 1996 to 2017 and served in various leadership roles in the United States Air Force from July 1981 to August 2001, including Commander of the 122 Logistics Support Squadron and Chief of Maintenance for the 235 Air Traffic Control Flight. Early career experience in the US Navy as the Materials Interconnect Branch Manager at NAWC Indianapolis involved managing research and engineering teams for defense and commercial electronics. Michael obtained a Post Graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from California State University-San Bernardino.
