Mariel Ugalde

Mariel Ugalde, MBA, serves as a Finance Business Controller at Accelleron since May 2023, contributing to the implementation of a new financial budgeting process for IT following the company's carve-out from ABB. Prior to this role, Mariel spent over seven years at Citi, where responsibilities included assisting the CFO of Treasury and Trade Solutions for Latin America as a Senior FP&A Analyst, along with progression through various FP&A positions starting as an intern. Mariel holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of St.Gallen and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica.
