Sharon Lee

Sharon Lee is an accomplished educator and instructional design consultant with extensive experience in language instruction and training development. Currently self-employed as an English teacher at Open English and an accent coach at Accent Advisor since December 2022, Sharon previously served as an instructional design consultant at TiER1 Performance. There, Sharon crafted high-quality training materials for prominent clients across various industries. With a strong background in ESL education from VIPKid, where Sharon maintained a perfect approval rating, and instructional design roles at Latchel and Boise State University, Sharon combines creativity and systematic approaches to enhance learning outcomes. Sharon holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning from Boise State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics, French, and Chinese from San Diego State University.
