David Gordon

David was a former Mergers and Acquisitions partner at Freehills and corporate advisory firm Wentworth Associates. He is also the founder of Lexicon Partners, an independent advisory and investment firm. He has over 30 years’ experience advising companies, funds and high net worth individuals on complex corporate transactions. David is also Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Winning Group and Chairman and Director of a number of private companies. He has been a Non-Executive Director of Accent Group since October 2006 and was appointed Non-Executive Chairman in November 2017.
