Henrique Martins

Henrique Martins is a Solution Architect at Semantix, where responsibilities include bridging business, technology, and client needs since April 2021. Previously, Henrique served as a Customer Success Manager for three months, gaining valuable soft skills such as communication, relational and emotional intelligence, organization, trust, and empathy. Henrique began in the tech field with a remote training program focused on developing both hard and soft skills, complemented by mentorship and continuous feedback. Prior experience includes an internship in Mobile Development at Ploomes from September 2020 to January 2021. Henrique is currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology Management and Computing at FIAP, expected to graduate in January 2024, along with additional training in Android development and application development from Tera and Digital House Brasil.
