Hugo Lourenco is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in transforming organizations through human factors, agile practices, and high-performance teaming. Currently serving as a Human Factors Advisor and LeSS Evangelist at Accenture, Hugo holds the positions of Chief Executive Officer at The Agile Thinkers, Founder and Chief Product Owner at both the Business Agility Institute Portugal and Agile Human Factors, and operates as a Human Factors Coach and DMI Agile Transformation Advisor at Chevron.
