Joshua Skiles

Joshua Skiles is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both management and architecture. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Accenture since September 2024, Joshua previously held multiple leadership roles at Impendi from February 2017 to September 2024, including Principal and Director of Strategic Sourcing, where efforts focused on enhancing client value in the multi-family real estate sector. Joshua also contributed to Impendi's HR functions and successfully led client engagements across various industries, managing significant procurement initiatives. Prior to Impendi, Joshua held architectural roles at firms such as Black and Veatch and Atlantic Design Group, gaining experience in project management, design, and client relations. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Arts in Asian Languages and Civilizations from Amherst College and a Master of Architecture from Virginia Tech.
