Laura Dix is a Managing Director in Strategy and Consulting at Accenture, with a career spanning from November 2006 to the present. Laura has extensive experience in change management, learning development, and business adoption, particularly within large global pharmaceutical transformations. Previous roles include Senior Manager, Manager, and Consultant in Management Consulting, focusing on process excellence and change enablement, where Laura supported the implementation of collaboration tools and transformations in procurement processes. Laura began their career as a Consulting Analyst and interned at UNDP, contributing to the development of content for a publication on the organization's history in the Caribbean.
