Michelle Bertelsen

Michelle Bertelsen is a seasoned management consultant currently at Accenture since August 2022, following a robust career focused on diversity and inclusion. Prior to Accenture, Michelle served as Global Diversity & Inclusion Manager and Corporate Responsibility Lead for ISS A/S, where responsibilities included driving the diversity agenda for 470,000 colleagues and developing strategic materials for executive leadership. Earlier roles included positions at Mannaz as a Junior Consultant and at Ramboll, supporting HR operations and training development. Michelle holds a Master of Science and Business Administration in Psychology, along with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Psychology, both from Copenhagen Business School, complemented by an exchange program at the University of Leeds.
