Sara Watson

Sara Watson serves as a Managing Director at Accenture since June 2015, where responsibilities include partnering with c-suite executives to address critical business needs related to growth, innovation, cost reduction, digital transformation, and sustainability. Previously, Sara held roles as Senior Manager and Manager at Accenture Strategy, and as Director of Revenue Cycle Management and Business Development at Enhanced Medical Revenue LLC, leading client engagements for mid-sized hospitals and medical groups. Early experience includes managerial positions at R1 RCM, where operations were scaled for medical coding during regulatory changes, and as an Investment Associate at Premier Asset Management LLC. Sara holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Economics from DePaul University.
