Zihanur Rahman

Zihanur Rahman is the current Executive Director at Access Asia Limited. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Growth from April 2020 to February 2022 and Head of Business Development & Operations at Nagarkrishi from February 2019 to February 2020. In both positions, Zihanur was responsible for developing and implementing strategies that promoted the organization’s mission and voice, creating complete business plans, building and leading effective teams, overseeing investments and fundraising efforts, maintaining relations with shareholders and partners, and acting as the public face of the company. Zihanur has also acquired a deep understanding of the organization’s financial and non-financial position through their work in reviewing reports by subordinate managers. In cases where remedial action was necessary, Zihanur devised and executed these plans flawlessly. Zihanur is also experienced in crisis management, having successfully navigated their previous companies through difficult situations. Under their leadership, Access Asia Limited has flourished and is well-positioned to continue its success in the years to come.

Zihanur Rahman attended Dhaka Commerce College for their HSC in the field of Business/Commerce, General. Zihanur then attended BRAC University for their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Finance & Human Resource. Zihanur has also received certification from BIBM in ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND CHALLENGES and Working Capital Financing: Case-based Analysis.
