Farrhah Khan

Farrhah Khan is a skilled legal professional with extensive experience in privacy law and legal advisory roles. Currently serving as a Privacy Officer at Access Bank Plc since November 2024, Farrhah previously held positions at VeraSafe from December 2021 to October 2024, progressing from Associate Privacy Counsel to Senior Privacy Counsel. Prior experience includes serving as a Legal Advisor at Avacare Health Group and as a Legal Researcher to former Deputy Chief Justice Zondo during the Commission of Inquiry into State Capture. Earlier career experiences also include roles as an Associate and Candidate Attorney at Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr Inc. Farrhah Khan obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree with cum laude honors from the University of Johannesburg between 2014 and 2017.
